I didn't experience any problems and this was much cheaper than what was selling at my local Best Buy.
It didn't work on any of them, even after rebooting. This is a simple product: it either allows you to use older peripherals with modern USB-equipped PC's or it doesn't. (Amazon refunded my money). Oh well. In my case, it didn't. I tried it with a single "Dell" (actually IBM) keyboard and three different PCs: a Gateway desktop, a Lenovo ThinkPad, and a Fujitsu P-7000 series notebook.
Easy installation. No problem. Needed it for my MAC MINI 1.1. Had PS/2 keyboard and mouse that are now USB.
I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a simple solution. This adapter was easy to install and began working as soon as I plugged it in. Windows XP recognized the device and automatically installed the drivers.
I know other people have had problems, but it has worked perfectly for us so far.
